My name is Rocky Lall and I am Realtor in Pacific Beach, San Diego.  The community of Pacific Beach is not only my area of real estate focus, it’s also my home and community. Even though Pacific Beach is geographically small, there are various neighborhoods within PB, each with it’s own benefits and charms. Different areas of Pacific Beach cater to different wants and needs. Some people want the beauty and vibrancy of beachfront properties on the Boardwalk or Mission Beach. Other people want to be further away from the crowds and gravitate to North Pacific Beach or to homes near Soledad Mountain Road. Still others attract to the charms of Sail Bay or Crown Point.

My business is about getting results by providing excellent customer service every day. To me, Customer Services is not just a phrase, it’s a series of things I do for my clients to make sure we find a home that you want and one that meets your needs. To me, Customer Service means:

Understand your specific needs and wants, and locate appropriate properties. Assist you in determining how much you can afford. Preview  and/or accompany you in viewing properties. Advise you in formulating your offer. Help you develop your negotiating strategy. Provide you a list of qualified vendors (inspectors, attorneys, lenders, etc.) Keep track of every detail throughout the transaction–to closing and beyond.

Role of a Buyer’s Agent     Awards & Achievements

My training and experience are geared toward representing the interest of home buyers. Most sellers have an agent to represent their interests. You, as a buyer, are entitled to have your interests represented by a Buyer’s agent. The responsibilities of a Buyer’s Agent are to solely serve the interest of a Buyer with loyalty, honesty, integrity and with the utmost care. The seller’s agent has the same responsibility to the sellers. My services are provided to Buyers at no-charge since my commission is paid by the seller’s agent.

I am a member of several real estate organizations, such as the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and San Diego Association of Realtors.  I have an MBA degree from the University of Colorado, and a B.A. from the California State University, Fullerton. 

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was employed as an Operations Manager at a Biotechnology company, an Officer in the United States Navy, an Instructor at the United States Naval Academy, and a Human Resource Consultant at an international executive selection firm.
